George Strait announced today that he was going to go on one final tour. This will not be a retirement tour, he is planning to keep recording albums “as long as he wants to”. As a matter of fact, he is going back into the studio in October to begin recording “a new project”. He is looking to build on his 59 number one hits.

Brad Paisley seldom releases a bad track, and he does not fail with Southern Comfort Zone. Although I am rather disappointed in Paisley for penning this song (along with Chris DuBois and Kelley Lovelace) which is virtually an inbred sister to Cash Creek’s song by the same name, which I love A LOT more. (check it out here). Since Paisley is sticking to the style, than Cash Creek, with one similar to that found on most of the American Saturday Night album, this track will likely miss a lot of the criticism that could come from something like this.
